Who we are
creatorsaga.net is run by Creator Saga LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Creator Saga”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy page. Stores that buy from us wholesale also agree to the wholesale terms.
Accounts
You can read most of the site without an account. An account is free and signs in with Google or Discord; you must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what is done with your account is on you. Some accounts hold roles (artist, playtester, vendor and others) that open rooms of the site; we give and take away roles at our discretion.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy page). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
Conduct
Be decent to other players, to the team and to us. Don’t:
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or post anything unlawful, hateful or sexual involving minors;
- try to get into parts of the site, accounts or data that aren’t yours, or probe, overload or disrupt the site;
- scrape the site in bulk, or use our forms to send spam;
- share confidential material you were given as a playtester, artist or vendor beyond what you were told you may.
What you share
Feedback, comments, saved characters and anything else you send us stay yours. You give Creator Saga a free, worldwide, permanent licence to use them to make, improve and promote the game, without owing you anything for it. Playtest feedback in particular may shape the game; thank you. Artists working for us are covered by their own written agreement instead.
Our game and art
Creator Saga, its rules, cards, art, world and name belong to Creator Saga LLC or its artists. You may share links, screenshots and short quotes, write about the game, and use the press kit in coverage. Don’t copy, sell or publish the cards or rules, or make products with our art or name, without our written permission. “Creator Saga” is a trademark of Creator Saga LLC [application pending].
Orders and payment
Products are sold in US dollars. The site never takes card or bank details: once we confirm an order, we email an invoice (sent through our accounting service) with a link to pay. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and refund anything paid for it. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. Kickstarter pledges are governed by Kickstarter’s own terms and our campaign page.
Shipping
We ship from Utah within the United States [for now]. Shipping is charged at cost: what the carrier charges us, with no handling fee [or: a $__ handling fee]. The estimate you see before ordering is an estimate; the invoice shows the real cost. Delivery dates from carriers are their estimates, not our promise.
Damage and returns
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or missing, email hello@creatorsaga.net within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos, and keep the packaging until we answer. We will replace it or refund it, our choice, at no cost to you. Unopened products may be returned within [30] days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is yours unless the return is our mistake. Opened card packs can’t be returned except for a defect.
Prototypes and playtests
The game is in development. Prototype cards, rules and the online tools (the Stat Block, the Live Battle and others) are shown as they are, change often, and may be wrong. Playtest versions are for playtesting, not for sale or sharing.
Limits
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Creator Saga is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
Utah law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in [Salt Lake] County, Utah, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Before going to court, write to us and give us thirty days to put it right.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top of the final version will change with them, and we will tell account holders by email about any change that matters. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
Draft of 19 October 2026, for review. Not legal advice; to be checked before it takes effect.
