Your account
Creator Saga LLC, a Utah limited liability company, sells to stores that apply on creatorsaga.net/stores and are approved. Approval opens Vendor Orders on your account, where you keep your shop’s shipping address and place and follow orders. We approve stores at our discretion and may pause or close a wholesale account that breaks these terms, after telling you why. These terms sit beside the site’s terms of use; where they differ, these win for wholesale orders.
We never ask for or keep card numbers, bank details or tax ID numbers on the site. Where a resale (sales-tax exemption) certificate is needed, we will ask for it through [our accounting or tax-forms service].
Prices and minimums
Wholesale prices are shown to approved shops only, on /stores once you are signed in and in Vendor Orders; the price is the one shown when you place the order, and the order keeps the prices it was placed at. Core packs are sold by the each. Booster packs are sold by the box of 12, or by the case of 6 boxes. [Opening order minimum: none / $___.] We may change prices with [30] days’ notice by email; orders already confirmed keep their prices.
Payment
We confirm each order, then email an invoice with a link to pay online. [First orders: paid before they ship. After that, established accounts may be offered net 30.] Late invoices may pause new orders until they are paid. All prices are in US dollars.
Shipping at cost
Orders ship from Utah (84081) by USPS or UPS, our choice unless you ask for another. Shipping is billed at what the carrier charges us, with no handling fee [or: a $__ handling fee]. Vendor Orders shows an estimate before you order; the invoice shows the real cost. Risk passes to you when the carrier takes the package [or: on delivery]; we insure orders over [$___]. We ship within the United States [for now].
Damage claims
Check each delivery when it arrives. Report damage, shortages or misprints to hello@creatorsaga.net within [5] business days of delivery, with your order number, photos of the damage and of the box, and keep the packaging until we answer. We will replace the affected items or credit them on your next invoice, our choice, and pay the shipping for it. Note visible damage with the carrier at delivery when you can.
Returns
Wholesale orders are final except for damage and defects (above). Unsold stock can’t be returned [or: unopened, resaleable stock may be returned within 60 days of delivery for credit, less a 15% restocking fee, return shipping yours]. Ask us before sending anything back: returns without our say-so can’t be accepted.
Advertised prices (MAP)
You set your own selling price. To keep the game healthy for every store, please don’t advertise it below the minimum advertised price: [the MSRP until the Kickstarter fulfills, then MSRP less 10%]. This covers online listings, ads and emails, not the price at your counter. A store that advertises below MAP may have new orders paused after a written reminder. MAP never stops you running in-store events, bundles or loyalty discounts.
Where you sell
Sell to players, in your store, online from your own shop, and at events. Please don’t resell to other stores or distributors, or list on [Amazon or other third-party marketplaces], without our written permission. Use our name, logo and art only to sell Creator Saga, and take the art from the press kit.
Conduct
Be honest with your customers about what the game is (it is in development until launch; prototype cards are marked as such) and treat our team as we will treat yours. Either side may end the wholesale relationship with [30] days’ written notice; open orders and invoices are settled either way.
Utah law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in [Salt Lake] County, Utah. Before either of us goes to court, we talk: write to the other and allow thirty days to put it right.
Draft of 19 October 2026, for review. Not legal advice; to be checked before it takes effect.
